About Ouranon

Ouranon is a clinical practice based in the Macedon Ranges, shaped by a simple understanding: the body responds best when it feels safe, supported, and unhurried.

This work grew from observing how often people were asked to push for change before their systems were ready - treating symptoms while rhythm and regulation were overlooked.

Ouranon exists to restore that missing foundation.

Sarah Louise

Ouranon is led by Sarah Louise, a degree-qualified naturopath with clinical training in nervous system regulation, digestive health, and women’s health.

Her work is grounded in stabilisation-first care, prioritising safety, rhythm, and internal coherence before intervention.

Sessions are individual, considered, and responsive — shaped by the body in front of her rather than a standardised model.

Sessions

Sessions are individual, responsive, and clinically grounded, reatment unfolds in real time, guided by regulation and capacity rather than a fixed plan.

This is supportive care for people who need steadiness, not intensity.
